What you will learn

SESSION 1

Understand your audience
The first step is to understand what is important for your audience. You will learn how to use the DISC method to connect with your stakeholders. You will build a buyer persona based on your best clients. 

After this session you will:

Have a clear target persona

SESSION 2

Finding leads
We will brainstorm ways to find new leads. After that, you will create a list and you will learn how to find triggers to use in your cold outreach. You will learn how to use automation tools to save time and increase productivity.

After this session you will:

Have a list of 100+ new targets to approach

SESSION 3

Building your action plan
You will learn how to build a multichannel sequence using emails, phone, and social media. You will create email templates that you can personalize. You will learn how to use automation tools to increase productivity.

After this session you will:

Have a new cold outreach sequence

SESSION 4

Starting conversations
It’s time to get to work. You will use your new sequence and contact your first 10 leads. After that, you will build a simple dashboard to measure the effectiveness of your cold outreach.

After this session you will:

Test your new process and get your first results

1. Who can enroll to this cold outreach bootcamp?
The Bootcamp is useful for business developers who use cold outreach in their process.

If you use emails, cold calling or social media e.g. LinkedIn as a way to generate leads, you are eligible for the Bootcamp.

2. How is the Bootcamp structured?

The course is divided in 2 sessions of 2 hours each.

You will meet your trainer and peers live on Zoom.

Each session includes: a theoretical part where you will learn strategies, tactics and tools; a practical part where you will apply the learnings and practice your new cold outreach tactics.

 

3. What is an Open Rate?
The Open Rate is an indicator used to measure the effectiveness of your cold messaging.

It represents the percentage of people that open your emails.

To get high open rate you must write catchy and excellent subject lines.

Recent research shows that the average open rate is bteween 15.22 and 28.46%.

With the Bootcamp we aim at increasing your open rate up to 80% by teaching you how to write compelling and catchy subject lines.

4. What is a Reply Rate?
The Reply Rate is an indicator used to measure the effectiveness of your cold messaging.

It represents the percentage of people that reply to your emails.

To get high reply rates you must write concise and highly relevant email copy.

Recent research shows that the average open rate is between 1 and 5%.

With the Bootcamp we aim at increasing your open rate up to 30% by teaching you how to write short, personalized and relevant copies.
